The AI Demand Signal Is Driving This More Than Anyone Admits
The timing of this acquisition isn't coincidental. Global data center investment has been supercharged by AI infrastructure buildout, and India is emerging as a significant node in that global compute map. Indian technology companies are deploying AI at scale. Global hyperscalers need regional inference capacity close to India's user base.
