Existing building with industrial characteristics suitable for repurposing
Zoom in and outline the part of the site you care about — a pad, the buildable acreage, a laydown yard. Saved areas carry acreage and perimeter, and can be handed to the Site Viability Report so the analysis is about that ground, not the whole parcel. Imagery outlines are screening inputs, not a survey.

The SAGE Building is a 194,876-square-foot fortified industrial complex in Syracuse, originally completed by the US Military in 1956. Purpose-built with two-foot-thick reinforced concrete walls, one-foot-thick reinforced concrete floors, and no windows, the facility offers exceptional structural integrity and environmental isolation across four interconnected buildings. Building 501 spans approximately 74,437 square feet over three levels with ceiling heights ranging from 13 to 18 feet, while Building 502 provides approximately 96,657 square feet across four levels with ceilings from 12 to 21 feet. Building 503 previously housed backup generators, and Building 504 served as a water-cooling tower, both separate from the main structures. The ground level offers approximately 60,000 square feet of shared space between Buildings 501 and 502, accessible via one dock door and two 8-ton freight elevators. The entire facility is fully fenced and secure, with ample on-site parking and additional capacity across the street. Located two miles from Syracuse Hancock International Airport with direct access to area highways, the complex combines military-grade construction, substantial power and cooling infrastructure legacy, and flexible multi-level layouts suited for mission-critical infrastructure conversion.
